Ash is an ambitious and calculating leader of a gang of the Dead, respected throughout the criminal world.

Ash was born into a wealthy family and grew up surrounded by luxury. Her parents were successful business consultants and worked with the heads of large companies around the world. Although they devoted quite a bit of time to the girl (mostly she remained in the care of an omnic butler named Bob), the parents did everything to ensure Ash's successful future. However, a chance encounter with a local bully, Jesse McCree, and the unexpected series of joint crimes that followed opened Ash's eyes to her true vocation: there is nothing better than to trick the victim, get the bait and get away with it.

Along with the three other founders of the gang of the Dead, Ash began to build a criminal career, organizing increasingly large and extravagant robberies. With their rapid success, the gang attracted the attention of other groups in the American Southwest, which soon began to lead to armed clashes. After years of bloody struggle, Ash decided to call all the bosses to a council.

That opened up the opportunity for her to spread her influence. Using the business knowledge she learned from her parents, Ash brought order to other gangs. She suggested that the groups work together (or at least not against each other) and put forward simple rules: be responsible for your words, do not cooperate with the authorities, do not set foot on foreign territory and mercilessly punish traitors.

Having put an end to the feud, Ash once again focused her efforts on her favorite business: a wave of ambitious robberies and other crimes swept across the American Southwest. Having topped all possible lists of particularly dangerous criminals in the country, Elizabeth Caledonia Ash has become a legend from an ordinary bandit.
